We have planned educational facilities that include dormitories, dining rooms, libraries, gymnasiums and classroom buildings as well as performing and fine arts centers. Hospitality design at OLD&D includes hotels and health spas, countryclub clubhouses, YMCA facilities, racetracks and casinos. Multiunit housing design includes apartment/condo buildings and senior housing complexes with a creative eye toward new private residences and renovations to existing homes.
