Originally built in 1898, this home had suffer through many unfortunate modernizations over the years including one renovation that involved removing the second floor of the house in the 1960’s so minimized utility costs. Also at this time, much of the homes interior was renovated in the current style and much of the original detail was striped out.

When this home was sold, the new owner decided to return the house to its original grandeur. OLD&D designed an addition that reconstructed the second floor and brought the original charm and detail back to this beautiful home.
