Turner Hill hired OLD&D to mastermind the architectural adaptation of this historic late 19th century estate into an world-class 26 room inn, resort and residential community. They have added a clubhouse and restaurant overlooking the new par-72 18-hole championship golf course.

The architectural team has designed the expansion and conversion of an existing 3-story structure for this purpose. The Club is nestled on a large estate, surrounded by protected woodlands and state parks, as well as its own newly-designed golf course. Designed in a period style that honors its landmark surroundings, the Golf & Racquet Club will appeal to Turner Hill residents, members of the club and fitness center, and guests at its pastorally-sited inn.
