Just beyond Meadowbrook’s front door and reception desk, the new middle school wing opens off the original 1923 historic dwelling taking its’ architectural cues from the existing structure.

In keeping with the residential style that has been the school’s character from its earliest years, the addition is tucked tidily beneath the eaves of new gabled roofs and clapboard walls.

Inside the entrance to the middle school, a central axis leads to classrooms, a science lab, breakout space, and faculty facilities.

The entire addition significantly increased the square footage of the school’s facilities allowing the school to accommodate a greater student population.
