Much of the inspiration for the design of the new Organon Pharmaceuticals facility is derived from the company headquarters located in the Netherlands. A subtle paint scheme, brightly colored artwork, the extensive use of “daylighting” and sleek, modern German casework come together to create a serene work environment. These ideas are best represented when entering the lobby, which is located in the middle of the building, one is greeted with expansive views of the Boston skyline thanks to the extensive use of glass that separates the lobby and the café.
